[fedora-virt] Problem with mouse (cursor) in VM

Hi John,

 In continuation of my previous message, I think it's either an X issue or a kernel issue. If you have time to help rule out either option, can you:
 1. see if you can reproduce in windows vm?
 2. see if you can reproduce with fedora 16 vm? (which has different X and kernel)
