[fedora-virt] defaults and image file names

I set the severity to urgent because virt-mainager has stared to get
confused about what the file name should be and is reusing virtul disks
from other systems.
Also, I think the problem with delete is also tied to the name problem
... especially when the name is fedora20<something>.img or
fedora21<something>.img and the size is 20GB.
