Torrent Tracker Host Not Found

I downloaded fedora 16 live from this link:

my torrent client (Tixati) says "tracker error: Host not found >
http://torrent.fedoraproject.org:6969/announce"
Not a problem for me, DHT found peers, but maybe not everyone got DHT
enabled.
