Ok so this is a request which is not really consistent itself in my opinion.
The user who filed the bug wanted the KDE Spin, and he followed the links
from our main getfedora.org website to the spin. That's pretty fine and
it's what we want. Why should I want to find a Workstation netinstall image
when I'm on a KDE Spin webpage? I think 99% of all users going to the Spins
website don't want to find any edition image, because they are specifically
looking for a Desktop Spin (or more even a functional spin when on
labs.fp.o).
Finally, the Workstation WG itself didn't want to promote the netinstall
images at all, and we never had them on the website during the whole F21
release cycle. Then the WG came up and said they wanted to have the
netinstall images for F22, but they shouldn't be too prominent. Actually
that's what we are showing there, and if you go the Workstation download
page you will also find easily the netinstall images for both architectures.
A netinstall image is kinda specific, and most of the users won't download
it, because its use is trickier than a simple Live image. Therefore we also
decided to not add any descriptions about them, which could lead to
misunderstandings for new end users when going to get as much informations
about the default image as possible.
My two cents about the topic.
