[Suggestion] Deluge in Xfce spin

Yeah, YOU. :)
But in my concerns XFCE is often used on older/less powerful machines,
so memory consumption could be a show stopper.

So, without any serious comparison of Transmission and Deluge I'd state
a "no" for Deluge's inclusion.
