netinstall howto's or resources

Dear folks,

Upon failures to install from LiveMedia, I want to do a netinstall but I can't seem to get anywhere.  I try mirrors.kernel.org/Fedora/18/development/os/ as the http:// method, but it fails.  Is there any documentation that explains how to install using the netiso livecd?  

The livecd I am using is the following

Fedora-18-Beta-TC3-x86_64-netinst.iso

I get the mirrors, I get the partitioning, but the install button does not get highlighted.
