同じ問題なのか、まったく別なのか不明ですがインストールガイドのファイルが
アップロードできない状態です。ダウンロードはできました。先週から続いてい
て改善の様子が見られないのでインフラチームに相談しています。同様の問題を
最近に経験している場合はおしらせください。
