[389-users] How to add Account UID for DNA_Plugin ??

I have been suggested with
http://www.directory.fedora.redhat.com/wiki/DNA_Plugin for understanding the
DNA_plugin for auto IncrementalUID and GUID.
I can see the ldif format as:

May  I know how to add this to Directory Server.

All I can see through console is :cn=Distributed Numeric Assignment
Plugin,cn=plugins,cn=config
Pls Suggest
