Hi Ramirez, hi Megginson and hi all
I have the same error that you described last year: when I try to add new
entry, the operation fails with the error [1]
Unfortunately, I cannot change uid because this is the italian fiscal code
of the people.
How have you resolved the error? It is possible (if yes how) delete ONLY
the entry in the entrydn index? Can I re-create entrydn index? Can I insert
an entry ONLY in id2entry but NOT in entrydn index?
I hope that you can help me.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Luigi

Here are a couple of examples. I do not believe that these coincide
with
the replication failures, but I will able to verify tomorrow during my
maintenance window. No these are live entries.

"uid=aalberti01,ou=portalusers,dc=nationaldcp,dc=net" was in the entrydn

"uid=wearly,ou=portalusers,dc=nationaldcp,dc=net" was in the entrydn index,
but it did not exist in id2entry of instance userRoot.

Are these deleted entries?

Hi Rich,

We do not see any errors in the logs .
Ok. Turn on replication debugging logging on both the supplier and
consumer:
http://port389.org/wiki/FAQ#Troubleshooting
reproduce the problem
Edit your errors logs to scrub any sensitive data
post the logs to some site that can hold large files and post the link to
this email list

Good Morning,
We have a master – master replication agreement. When we initialize the
replication it works perfectly we can see changes to a test user we have
set up go up and down from the two servers. However at some point the
replication stops and we cannot get replication to start once again. The
only way we can get replication to start once again is to recreate the
replication agreement and then it fails again. Can anyone please point us
in a direction. I am relatively new to 389 so any help would be greatly
appreciated.
What platform?
What version of 389-ds-base?
Any errors in the 389 errors log on the consumer or supplier?
