 FAD Yogyajarta is being planned on 23-24 Jul 2016 for APAC budget planning
 session.

 In today's APAC Ambassador's meeting, it was discussed and proposed that
 it'll be better if we could shift the event to Jakarta, on 09 - 10 Jul
 2016.

 New proposed dates: 09 - 10 July 2016
 New Proposed venue: Jakarta, Indonesia (for better flight connectivity)

 In case, above change is not feasible/doable, we need a backup plan for
 another city in the APAC region.

 <gnokii> options are only Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar and China
 right now
