My concern with this was with Pravin's previous comment about the group
not
being used anymore. If translators are still being sponsored into the
group, that's fine, but if it's not being used or kept up-to-date, it
won't make a difference.
If you want to edit the wiki, you need to belong to a group. Access rights
are actually given to groups.
If you have a fas account, you need to belong to a group for
administrative purposes. Perhaps someone from infrastructure may clarify
this point.
