Moved Bigdata SIG wiki pages

Hello all of you!

Agreeing by mattf, I just moved the bigdata SIG's wiki pages to the
common wiki/SIGs/-namespace and setup redirects from old pages.

It's now located in https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SIGs/bigdata

I also added it to the SIG-overview at:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Category:SIGs

I'd recommend to move existing / add new bigdata-reladted pages to the
proper namespace
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/SIGs/bigdata/%%7Byour_page%7D

Moved && redirected the *_packaging pages for Ambari, Oozie and Hbase,
too.  :)  They now live in SIGs/bigdata/packaging/%{name}
