there are only three problems:
1. is available 4.0.5
2. no license file is available in the source archive
should report a bug @ 
http://www.datanucleus.org/servlet/jira/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa

3. should use
Source: 
https://github.com/datanucleus/datanucleus-maven-parent/archive/datanucleus-...
instead of
Source: %{name}-%{version}.tar.gz
