[bodhi] Extra Tags on rubygem-http_connection after push to stable

rubygem-http_connection-1.4.1-2 was recently pushed to stable for f14
and f15 but it looks like the koji tags were not updated correctly.

Both builds are tagged updates, updates-testing and updates-pending.

I'm not sure how that happened but figured that I would pass the info
on.
