Hi,
I was planning to hold a classroom session on Puppet for beginners on #fedora-classroom on Thursday, 26 January at 1730 UTC.
You can use following to get the local time on your machine. $ date -d '2011-12-12 1730 UTC'
Target audience: Beginners interested in basics of system administration and automation.
Hope we'll have fun and learn stuff :)

Hello,
Thanks Aditya for stepping out and planning a classroom. More classrooms are better and this is the first one after the Ankur's vim classroom.
I think it would be good to spread the new to the Fedora infrastructure/ websites as well because there are many people who are related with Sys admin. Therefore I forward the notice to them.
Thanks again and looking forward to take part even though 1730 UTC seems little midnight.
See you

Hi,
The session on puppet was conducted on 26 Jan 1730 UTC which lasted for 3 hours on #fedora-classroom. I had a lot of fun with everyone. :)
Please find the logs at [1]. Catch me on #fedora-admin or #fedora-india if there are errors or queries about the same.

Ah great! I'll try my best to attend it :D.
Great , will try to attend it.
Few Questions : 1.I don't have Fedora installed on my laptop , I use Ubuntu 10.04LTS, so do you want me to install Fedora ?
2.Any pre-requistes for the class ?For eg, I feel if their is some thing to download/install regarding puppet, I guess its better you give us commands for packages, so that none of us waste time during live-class just for sake of installation .
