[PATCH] scm_track: Add --all to git add options to handle deletions

Previously, when distros, profiles, systems, kickstarts, snippets, etc.,
were deleted, git would never learn about them.  This made tracking when
they were deleted more difficult.

I can't recall if I sent this in before or not.  I've had it in my local
git repo since September of 2009. :/
