Yes, I've reported against 1.7 by the time but it's reproducible against 2.0
as well.
I did start testing it by checking out from master branch and then make rpms
to obviously produce rpms. Then, I did test with the ones present EPEL
repository.
In both case, I've got the problem and in both case it's a fresh install.
I'm talking about setting up network attributes for a new system. I'm trying
to do this with web console.
when I want to add eth0, cobbler tell me that it already exist. But cobbler
doesn't show that into the select list.
Then, I assume that eth0 have been created. So I fulfilled all necessary fields
(MAC address, IP address, hostname, ...) and save it.
When I do look at the details for this system, the network setting are not
there.

FYI -- your defect is reported against 1.7, I take it you mean 2.0?
I'll need steps to reproduce both problems in order to look at them.
