CPU display

Just installed Cockpit on this AMD 4 core X86_64 machine. I'm running 4 
BOINC tasks that htop shows as consuming between 50% and 95% each, and 
10 other processes are also consuming cpu, but the CPU display doesn't 
get much above 30%. What exactly is it measuring?

Which Cockpit version are you running? And which screen are you
referring to? I think there have been numerous fixes to the graphs.
