xfce 4.12 for EPEL7?

There's been some discussion about it over on the Fedora XFCE SIG mailing list:

There's also a COPR that's been setup to be a working space while some
things are sorted out, it's not yet usable but I thought I'd point out
that it exists and work is being done:
