The Flock Fit morning idea is great :-) I'll bring my jump rope with me anyhow as I
like skipping some rope first thing in the morning :-). Maybe I can take the opportunity
to learn some Yoga stuff too :-)
Oh, and if other people want to bring up their jump ropes, we can also have group jump
rope sessions. Those can be super fun :-)
