Re: Yoga at FLOCK Dresden?

+1 – I was planning to suggest a Flock Fit morning later this week for
interested folks to meet and work out in the gym together, since I know
some people usually have workout routines they stick to during Flock.
Yoga would also be awesome!

Maybe not Wednesday morning though, since I think some of us might still
be fighting off red eye. :-)

Yoga at FLOCK Dresden?

The Flock Fit morning idea is great :-)  I'll bring my jump rope with me anyhow as I
like skipping some rope first thing in the morning :-).  Maybe I can take the opportunity
to learn some Yoga stuff too :-)

Oh, and if other people want to bring up their jump ropes, we can also have group jump
rope sessions.  Those can be super fun :-)

I'm excited that people are interested in starting off their FLOCK days
with yoga. I will be in Europe days before FLOCK and know of others too.
I'm happy to offer classes each morning. I'll coordinate with Brian and
