Greetings.
What would folks think about me updating fontforge in f12?
I need to push an update to fix: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=560277
Currently f12 has: fontforge-20090622-2
The current version is: fontforge-20090923-2
Anyone prefer I don't update? If so, I can backport the python patch I have instead of updating versions.
Thoughts?

Hi,

It would be very nice if we could have a fontforge stable enough to keep a full release. I really hate it when font packages and the fontforge used to build them do not match in a distro.
However, it seems that's not the case here. So if you feel updating is necessary for bug-fixing, I'm OK with it. However, please do a scratch build of all the packages that use fontforge (and run repo-font-audit on it) before pushing to f12. regressions are worse than known bugs.
(just my opinion, others on the list may differ)

Yeah. Agreed.

Well, I can also just see about backporting the patch I need. It might not be that bad...
Will keep the list posted.
