kakasi-configure-c99.patch
A small change is needed to avoid an implicit declaration of exit.
Upstream has no public bug tracker, so filing this here. I've already sent the
patch upstream.

Thanks for including the fix in Fedora 38 1.6 (Release). It works now without
excluding the package in kickstart file.

I think we should resolve this by removing the optional
google-noto-sans-cjk-fonts package from @fonts
