I think the date and time formats in gdm are handled by the translations, but
Fedora's fix-clock.patch broke that by merging the format strings (date and
time format were translated separately, plus date or time first is handled by
another translation).
I just rebuilt gdm-2.28.1-24.fc12 without applying fix-clock.patch, and got a
24-hour clock and a date that nicely matches gnome-panel, in en_GB.

Problem persists with rawhide fully updated.
I think problem may be in package mesa-dri-drivers-experimental who owns the
file:
/usr/lib64/dri/r600_dri.so
By the way, if i want to post a bug in that package, which component must i
select?
May be that is the file that report the version problem in Xorg.0.log ?
My current versions are:
xorg-x11-server-Xorg-1.7.0-5.fc12.x86_64
xorg-x11-drv-ati-6.13.0-0.10.20091006git457646d73.fc12.x86_64
mesa-dri-drivers-experimental-7.6-0.13.fc12.x86_64
kernel-2.6.31.5-115.fc12.x86_64

[Fedora-i18n-bugs] [Bug 532880] New: comps: request to remove m17n-db-japanese
by Red Hat Bugzilla

Summary: comps: request to remove m17n-db-japanese
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=532880
Summary: comps: request to remove m17n-db-japanese
Product: Fedora
Version: rawhide
Platform: All
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: medium
Priority: low
Component: comps
AssignedTo: petersen(a)redhat.com
ReportedBy: tfujiwar(a)redhat.com
CC: skvidal(a)fedoraproject.org, fedora-i18n-bugs(a)redhat.com
Estimated Hours: 0.0
Classification: Fedora
Target Release: ---
Now I'd request to remove m17n-db-japanese optional in input-methods and
japanese-support group.
Once the removal is done, I'd also request to update m17n-db/devel/m17n-db.spec
not to remove ja-anthy for my testing.
I think ja-tcode and ja-trycode are difficult for most users to be understand
the usage.
The main problem is that users might misunderstand the feature is the bug, i.e.
not to show the lookup window.
Another concern is that I wonder which ibus-anthy icon and ja-tcode icon gives
users the default ja IM when they install all RPMs in CD/DVD.
Since I think the tcode/trycode users are minority, I think it's better to
disable the installation from CD/DVD at present.
Then if the users fully understand the features of tcode/trycode, they could
download the rpms via network with yum by manual.
If a user require to exist tcode/trycode in CD/DVD, we will consider this
again.
However I think ibus-anthy fulfill the basic operation and the network RPMs
could satisfy the minority users.

1) I don't think you need

"Keyboard" though once see difference in icon
But I suggest you change it to
"Free Virtual Keyboard"
