Cannot upgrade qt5-qtbase because of fcitx-qt5
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
$ rpm -q fcitx-qt5
fcitx-qt5-1.2.1-1.fc27.x86_64
$ rpm -q qt5-qtbase
qt5-qtbase-5.9.2-6.fc27.x86_64
How reproducible:
Everytime
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run "sudo dnf update"
