my trackpoint stopped working after replacing the trackpad of my thinkpad
s440 with the one from the t450 (trackpad and trackpoint-buttons work
perfectly).
Actually,my machine is a completely new one,and I haven't replaced
any of the
components.
I suspect this has to do with the trackpoint now being detected as a
different device ("AlpsPS/2 ALPS DualPoint Stick" instead of "TPPS/2 IBM
TrackPoint" like it was before)
