I think /run/gnome-initial-setup/.cache/ibus was created by old ibus version. Once you would delete /run/gnome-initial-setup/.cache, the current version can create the directory with the right permission.

I just installed the system, Fedora 32. Didn't make any software updates. Was trying to set up cryptab/fstab with btrfs subvolumes for my home dir and the tmp dir.
