2.Selected Software Updates

Actual results:  Missing libibus routine and glibc conflict

libibus.so.0()(64bit) is needed by package
ibus-hangul-1.1.0.20090328-2.fc11.x86_64
libibus.so.0()(64bit) is needed by package
ibus-chewing-1.0.10.20090523-2.fc11.x86_64
glibc conflicts with prelink

Update application continues and reports yum error.

I think you should update ibus-hangul and ibus-chewing too.
