Description of problem:
gettext includes its own hostname helper program
(presumably for systems that do not provide the hostname tool)
which uses deprecated gethostbyname() function...

If /usr/bin/hostname is a drop in replacement then it seems
better just to use that in place of it - this would avoid
the rpminspect warnings/errors about gethostbyname() usage.

This is no longer used in current version of gettext, getaddrinfo() is the
preferred function for hostname resolution.

I still think it would be useful to change that centos-stream rpminspect
doesn't complain any more about the network functions, just to be sure.

I don't see anything remained here to be fixed. The centos-stream MR already
reported and waiting for its maintainers to merge it.
