Description of problem:
samyak-malayalam-fonts is supposed to work for Malayalam font though, it
doesn't have enough glyph coverage in fontconfig.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
samyak-malayalam-fonts-1.2.1-11.fc13.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.fc-match -v "Samyak Malayalam"|grep -E "        lang"|grep ml
2.
3.

Actual results:
No output

Expected results:
the lang spec should contains ml.

while going through this bug found, problem is from font side not from conf
file

see lang section : its blank, it should give ml

The unicode value of U+0D61 specified in ml.orth is missing in this font and
hence script/language requirement is not fulfilled.

@psatpute Adding a glyph for U+0D61 would solve this problem.

samyak-fonts-1.2.2-1.fc13 has been pushed to the Fedora 13 testing repository. 
If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
 If you want to test the update, you can install it with
