I had a look into googlefontdirectory and found what you are requesting is
completely a new font package in fedora. There are 2 such fonts in
googlefontdirectory. You are asking for
https://googlefontdirectory.googlecode.com/hg/ofl/josefinsans/METADATA.json
whereas we have
https://googlefontdirectory.googlecode.com/hg/ofl/josefinsansstdlight/METADA...

This is not a bug and someone may need to add that new font in Fedora.
