Dear Developers and Users!
Hi Máté,
I had some problem on Fedora 32 Comp Neuro Lab compiling NEURON mod
files,
using 'nrnivmodl'.
Error message is the follwing:
'/bin/sh: /usr/share/nrn/libtool: No such file or directory'
However on my ubuntu the same method with the same project worked.
Does anyone encountered the same problem?
Thanks for your e-mail.
I'd noticed this recently and pushed an update to fix it[1]. Can you
please test it out (and provide karma to the update if possible[2])?
This should install the updated version for you:
$ sudo dnf install neuron neuron-devel --enablerepo=updates-testing
