perl-Database-DumpTruck-1.2-24.fc37 fails to build in Fedora 37 because a test
fails:

This is triggered by upgrading perl-JSON-PP from 1:4.10-2.fc37 to
1:4.11-1.fc37. It's caused by this intentional change
