FWIW: A work-around would be to put "perl-devel" into the default set
package of the FC7-buildsystem
Hey Ralf, a little background:
Tom Callaway reviewed the perl spec file for me - it was such a mess
that he decided to basically rewrite it from scratch. It is much, much
nicer now, but one of the changes he made was to include a -devel
subpackage, which make sense, but causes problems such as these. The
package even needs a little more work because some additional things
could be split out instead of just the .h files. Or, we could roll
everything back into 'perl' and put an Obsoletes: perl-devel for awhile
to take care of people who have perl-devel installed.
What do you guys think is best? I like the -devel idea, but if you
think it will be more trouble than it's worth, we can roll it back into
'perl'.
