Steps to Reproduce: 1. Visit http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/19/html/Release_Notes/sect-Rel... 2. Follow the instructions to install scratch: "yum install scratch" from Terminal Actual results: yum reports back with "No package scratch available." Expected results: The scratch package is downloaded and installed.
