please don't set the release_note and common bugs flags for your personal
issues without some kind of confirmation there's a general issue here
sufficiently serious to merit inclusion in release notes or common bugs pages.
The report does not seem to be at that point.

we don't have a hal-cups-utils package late enough to include the fix mentioned
there, I believe. not sure about whether the s-c-p fix is in F11's s-c-p.
