is there a more up to date version of:

s390.koji.fedoraproject.org doesnt seem to exist any more 404 lol

s390x is part of the official infra for quite some time, please use
https://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora-secondary
to download the bits.

But beware, there are some networking related issues with the
installer under emulator(s) as discussed in the previous weeks.
