There already is a page on Active Directory with sssd:

If you think a different page is needed for a more general kerberos and ldap setup, I doubt you'll get complaints if you write it.
AFAIK you can edit it as long as you have a fedora account:

Certainly I've been able to edit documentation, and have no special rights.
