[SSSD] Announcing the release of ding-libs 0.1.2

Sumit discovered and fixed a serious bug in libdhash. Specifically, the
hash_enter() function was incapable of updating an existing entry.

We are releasing ding-libs 0.1.2 immediately with a fix for this
incorrect behavior.
