Usage: vdsClient 0 hotplugNic|hotunplugNic vmUUID <nicspec>

 'r   network: network name',
 'r   macAddr: mac address',
 'r   nicModel: pv|rtl8139|e1000',
 'o   bootOrder: <int>  - global boot order across all bootable devices'
