Change subject: build: Cleanup conditionals in the build system ......................................................................
Patch Set 6:
Your last comment makes no sense. --enable-rhev-build is NOT building for a particular distro, its building a particular DERIVATIVE with a subset of features ans certain strict requirements about the build process. It just happens to run on RHEL, but so can a VDSM built on oVirt Jenkins without any flags. Potentially we could decide that RHEV supports running on Debian, and the build process would need to support that as well. The equivalent of a RHEV build would be a group coming around requesting to create "Super Virtualizer" based on oVirt and requesting accommodation for their "Super" build process which I guess we will be happy to provide given a stream of useful patches from them. Also I don't currently see the usefulness of building in Koji for oVirt, unless we plan to have a Fedora-flavored oVirt derivative (Call it FEV perhaps?). But there might be a process here I am ignorant about.
