1. SL 6 , Ubuntu 10.10 and Ubuntu 10.04 Servers have version
of kvm-qemu 0.12.5 ( the last one requires upgrade via DNLJ PPA)
2. F14 has kvm-qemu 0.13
I believe this a reason why the most recent Virtio SCSI driver
been load from virtio-win-1.1.16.vfd cannot install W7 on Virtio
boot up device on F14

It's pretty much correct.
Then why F14 (2.6.35) doesn't behave the same way as SL 6 (2.6.32) does ?
Because Fedora is not Scientific Linux?
