cloud-initramfs-tools update for F20

All,

I realize it's late in the cycle but I just pushed an update to
cloud-initramfs-tools:

The package contains fixes for:

1003153 - dracut growroot module leaves an empty directory around
which breaks dracut
1016648 - ARM guest on x86_64 fails to boot, mount: special device
/dev/vda3 does not exist
1009172 - dracut-modules-growroot does not enlarge /dev/mmcblk0
