Workstation branding on login screen (GDM)

Would it be possible to have some basic Fedora Workstation branding
(including a link to that 'about' app) show up _before_ you start typing? I
don't think knowing you need to type "about" is very discoverable.

I'd also really like the presentation-at-a-conference case to be
covered; that _isn't_ covered by anything you have to go out of your way to
do.
