I would personally suggest a different marketing strategy. 

Perhaps it would be better to: 

a) Note that Fedora has an active and welcoming KDE SIG. 
b) The Fedora KDE sig works with upstream on bugs to improve KDE for
everyone. 
c) Fedora KDE is easy to try out with a live media or by
groupinstalling kde.
