Remember when you were a kid and you didn't know what you could do?  You
either a) watched other people to see what you could do or b) jumped off
the roof thinking you might be able to fly.

New members in the Docs Project are much the same way.  They probably
won't know what the docs group gives them access to do until someone
tells them.  That goes along with the training and bringing the new
member up to speed.

If they decide to jump off the roof...  well, I guess we can cross that
bridge when we get there.
