Fudcon Latam 2014

Latam has two bids this year, Managua Nicaragua and Cordoba Argentina.

Latam community will meet next Wednesday to choose which bid will we
favor.

Then we will send it to review and recommend to Famsco and the FPL who
has the final word on this.
