Also,

Improving the way fasClient is being used by switching to a push-mode for
the metadata.
Only fire fasClient when data changed instead of having it running from a
cron task (work in progress).

FAS has an new official owner to take care of it (including in prod, stg,
dev, src)

Added some fix to openStack (our 2nd cloudlet) so we can fire instances
with a default name based on the UUID from the cmd-line.
Patches have been stored so we can easier re-apply them if we rebuild the
box.
Next step, we should sync with Seth to add ansible.

Koji-stg: set it up! folks working on fedmsg will need it as discussed with
Kevin.
I requested to take care of it.
