This message comes from Nepomuk and is telling you that your Nepomuk is 
screwed up, because org.kde.NepomukStorage DBus service is missing, while 
Nepomuk itself is most probably running (org.kde.NepomukServer is available). 
It's a kWarning(), so it unfortunately cannot be silenced - your only change 
is to disable or fix your Nepomuk.

This is not Akonadi's fault, this message comes from a often-invoked place in 
KDirWatch in kdelibs. You should be able to silence it by disabling 
kio(KDirWatch) or AkonadiAgentServer in kdebugdialog. Remember to restart 
Akonadi afterwards.

They are not controlled by Akonadi, so no.
