Push all the fixes necessary since it would the default init system.  It
is a risk vs benefit equation.  Pushing updates for critical packages
like initscripts for a non-default init system thus leading to potential
regressions that affect all users is likely tilt the balance in favour
of not doing it.  A separate repo in repos.fedorapeople.org might be good.
